"I've never had a good relationship with food. Growing up, I was always overweight and told the reason was due to eating too much. This gave me a huge complex with eating and the amount of food I would eat. I've tried many different things in the past to lose weight and I would either lose and gain right back or never lose at all. Since starting the program with Sarah, I learned that I was severely undereating which came as a bit of a shock. Sarah has helped start building a new mindset when it comes to nutrition and eating. I always thought getting a personal trainer was too expensive and not a luxury I could afford when in reality it’s the best investment you could ever make for yourself. I’ve been working with Sarah for almost a year and I can say without a doubt it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I feel capable, I feel confident, I feel strong.
