Strong is for beginner and advanced athletes looking for workouts that lead to your specific goals. Coach Sarah builds a program of workouts (gym or home), customized to the results you want to see.

ESSENTIAL 1:1 Coaching $250CAD/Month
From beginners to advanced athletes this service offers 1:1 coaching and nutrition with Coach Sarah. This program includes:
- Access to app with your customized workouts and nutritional guidelines
- 24/7 access to your trainer via app

- An exercise program that is customized to your goals and needs
- Weekly check ins
- Access to 1 Live HIIT/week
- Nutritional guidelines and coaching (macronutrients and calorie calculations) specific to your goals
BUILD + ENERGY $100CAD/Month

What it includes:
- Calculation of calories and macronutrients that best suite your body and goals
- Alterations to these calculations as your body and your needs change
- Monthly check-ins with Coach Sarah
